Hull grade II listed building renovated into new accountants HQ
A grade II listed building located in the centre of Hull is undergoing a renovation to be transformed into the new headquarters for 360 Chartered Accountants.
Although the exterior of the historical Georgian townhouse at 19, Albion Street, will be restored to its original state, the interior of the property will consist of modern, contemporary office space for the firm’s workforce and growing client base.
The new build will also include its own car park.
The refurbishment, which is being carried out by Flex, is expected to be finished for the accountant firm to move in on May 1st, according to Andy Steele, director at 360 Chartered Accountants.
Mr Steele said: “We are really excited about finally owning our own office, especially because 360 has grown so much since we opened our doors five years ago. We have now found the perfect location in the heart of the city. The building itself is absolutely beautiful and we can’t wait to see how it looks once the renovations are completed and it’s been returned to its original splendour.
“Of course, as we are always extremely conscious of the environment and are working towards being entirely paperless, we use the very latest technology to ensure our clients’ have the most up-to-date information available to them at a moment’s notice. And our new offices will give us a much more suitable environment in which to train them with their online accounting systems.”
As well as maintaining operations in its Melton office for clients in west Hull, 360 are relocating to the city centre to be closer to clients in east Hull and are also aiming to attract larger corporate clients.
