Preto to open at Bromley’s multi-million pound St Mark’s Square development
Cathedral Group PLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Development Securities, has announced Preto, a Brazilian-themed restaurant operator, has exchanged contracts to take a unit at St Mark’s Square in Bromley,
St Mark’s Square, which is scheduled for completion at the end of 2015, will also include a nine-screen multiplex VUE cinema, a 130-bedroom Premier Inn hotel, 200 private and affordable apartments and a new 400 space secure underground car park.
In February, announced Pizza Express will be opening a restaurant on the site. The deal leaves only one remaining unit in the development which is currently under offer.
With this exchange, Preto now operates seven restaurants across London and the South East. Michelle Kindon, who will be general manager of the St. Marks’s Square Preto, is a local Bromley resident.
Kindon said: “Speaking as a local business woman and resident, I am absolutely delighted that Preto has been able to secure a unit within the Bromley South Central development. We are happy to be contributing to the wide variety of family dining in the scheme.
“As a Bromley local for over 10 years, I know that St Mark’s Square is a much needed social hub for the area and very much look forward to its completion.”
