Local housebuilder launches ‘I Spy’ Easter competition
his Easter local housebuilder, David Wilson Homes is offering families visiting its Silkwood Gate development in Wakefield, the chance to win family tickets to the Yorkshire Wildlife Park.
Families will be invited to take part in a game of Easter ‘I Spy’ in the development’s showhome – encouraging them to search high and low for everything from Easter eggs to bunnies and chicks, in a fun filled activity for the whole family.
After completing their Easter ‘I Spy’ card, visitors will be entered into a prize draw for the chance to win a family ticket to the Yorkshire Wildlife Park in Doncaster, one of the region’s most popular attractions.
Sue Smout, Sales Manager at David Wilson Homes, said: “We are really excited to open the doors to our showhome this Easter weekend and welcome families from across Yorkshire to Silkwood Gate. We have a variety of homes at the development, which are available to buy using the government’s Help to Buy scheme and David Wilson Homes’ part exchange scheme.”
The site is comprised of luxury four and five bedroom detached homes ranging from £272,995 to £419,995. Situated just off Dewsbury Road in Wakefield, the development has a great range of local amenities as well as excellent commuter links via the M1.
