HTA Real Estate bring new development site to Cramlington
Newcastle-based property consultancy business HTA Real Estate is bringing a new employment site in Cramlington, for B1, B2 & B8 development, to the market.
The site extends to 1.6 ha (3.95 acres) and is situated on the corner of Bassington Avenue and Bassington Drive on the Bassington Industrial Estate, approximately ½ mile north-west of Cramlington town centre.
The A19/A1 intersection is approximately 2 miles to the southwest of the site along the A1068 Fisher Lane, granting access to the arterial road network throughout the region.
Simon Hill of HTA said: “The site could accommodate up to approximately 70,000 sq ft (6,503 sq m) of Industrial/Warehouse space and would suit an owner occupier who is looking for a prominent site that will be ready for immediate development.”
The site also benefits from being in close proximity to Cramlington railway station, which is located on the main east coast line with journeys of approximately 15 minutes from Cramlington to Newcastle Central Station.
