A leading Welsh housebuilder offered Pembrokeshire homebuyers the chance to win a brand new house worth over £100,000 at an exciting event in Milford Haven.

The event was attended by interior design expert Anna Ryder Richardson as well as the Mayor of Milford Haven Councillor E. R. Harries.

Persimmon Homes hosted the event at the Fairways housing development located off Dale Road in Milford Haven during the weekend of Saturday 21st and Sunday 22nd February.

The event was a huge success with queues out of the door there were 174 people attempting to crack the safe!

As well as a chance to look around the development and enjoy refreshments, guests had one chance to guess a six digit code to a special safe – if they cracked the code they win a house!
