Rant & Rave wins Temkin Group Award
Rant & Rave, one of the UK’s leading providers of SaaS Customer Engagement solutions has been named as a winner of the Temkin Group’s Customer Experience Vendor Excellence Award.
The coveted award is designed to recognise any type of vendor that helps its clients deliver great customer experience, with the winners being assessed on three criteria - capability, results and client references.
Six acclaimed judges from across the Customer Experience industry deliberated before acknowledging Rant & Rave with the hotly contested accolade.
Dennis Fois, CEO at Rant & Rave commented: “We are thrilled to have been recognised by Temkin in this way. We pride ourselves on helping our clients become more customer centric and it’s great to have our efforts acknowledged. Our clients have found that the combination of our innovative technology, with a simple goal - making it easy to be a customer is the best way to create Raving fans!”
The good news comes as Rant & Rave celebrate the first anniversary of its official rebrand from its previous title of Rapide Communication. The company was launched in 2000 by Nigel Shanahan and counts half of the FTSE as clients.
Bruce Temkin, managing partner of the Temkin Group said: “Congratulations to Rant & Rave for winning a Customer Experience Vendor Excellence Award. We had a very strong group of nominees this year, and Rant & Rave stood out for how well it is helping companies improve their customer experience.”
