Cosmos Tours arrives in Regent House in Stockport
Orbit Developments, Stockport’s largest commercial property landlord, has secured a new tenant at its Regent House building in the town centre.
A division of travel company Cosmos Tours Ltd, which is associated with the international family-owned Globus brand, has relocated to the 11-storey office on Heaton Lane.
The firm chose Regent House because it provides a central location and easy access for employees as well as colleagues from other UK branches.
Cosmos employees will also be able to use The Hub, a bright and modern business lounge in the building, which provides flexible additional space for meetings or hot-desking with free Wi-Fi facilities and refreshments.
Rob Humphries, Customer Liaison Manager at Cosmos Tours, said: “With the newly-refurbished facilities, Regent House meets all our needs. The reception on the ground floor provides a great first impression and the modern office space provides an excellent working environment.
“Within our area we have also been able to create a small reception of our own to meet and greet our own customers and suppliers and we’re also benefiting from the high speed broadband and enjoying wonderful views over Stockport.
Rob said that Orbit had been extremely helpful with the move into Regent House. “We were on a bit of a tight deadline and they were great throughout, getting us all in on time.”
Regent House is Orbit’s flagship property in a portfolio of 12 in Stockport town centre.
Managing Director Tony Jones said it was good to see companies taking advantage of what was on offer at Regent House. “We have invested in our Stockport portfolio to support the quality of clients we attract. We wish Cosmos Tours every success.”
