Town Centre Securities obtain planning permission for Whitehall office block

Award-winning architects Cartwright pickard, which has an office in Leeds, designed the new office building, which was granted only days before the new Community Infrastructure Levy was launched in the cityon April 6.
This news comes only a week after TCS secured two deals to bring new tennants to Leeds Merrion Centre, which have approximately created up to 17 new jobs in the city centre.
TCS hopes to start work on the scheme later this year subject to part pre-let to which negations are in hand.
