Prime Newcastle Quayside office accommodation comes to the market
BNP Paribas Real Estate and Sanderson Weatheralls have been instructed by Bond Dickinson to dispose of 10,313 sq ft (958 sq m) of prime offices on the fifth floor at One Trinity Gardens in Newcastle-upon-Tyne.
Aidan Baker, Director of Agency at BNP Paribas Real Estate said: “The building is one of Newcastle’s highest quality office properties and the fifth floor accommodation enjoys spectacular views of Newcastle Quayside and the Tyne Bridge.
“Situated in Newcastle’s historic Quayside area, staff based at the property can enjoy easy access to the wealth of nearby retail, leisure and cultural facilities.
Robert Patterson, Partner of joint agent Sanderson Weatherall added “With a single floor plate, when the refurbishment is complete, One Trinity Gardens will supply some of the very best office space available in the city centre and we are anticipating strong interest.”
The office space will be available on a sublease until August 2022 at a rent on application.
