Leeds’ refurbished Parkside Industrial Estate welcomes trio of lettings
After undergoing an extensive refurbishment, Parkside Industrial Estate in Leeds has welcomed three new lettings, which have all taken over 20,000 sq ft of accommodation.
Arctic Products, the plumbing and heating consumables company, has claimed 10,000 sq ft, whilst P & S Distribution and Regina Office Furniture Supplies have each taken over 5,000 sq ft.
The total space let following the refurbishment is now up to 20,000 sq ft.
The estate is just situated off Dewsbury Road and provides occupiers easy access to Leeds city centre, the M621 motorway and to the Leeds Ring Road.
Further refurbished units from 5-10,000 sq ft are available through the joint letting agents DTZ and Gent Visick, the Leeds based Industrial Agency specialists.
Scott Morrison, senior surveyor in the Yorkshire Industrial and Logistics team at DTZ said: “The Parkside Industrial Estate is an established location in south Leeds with excellent communications to the city centre and to the National Motorway Network. With the diminishing stock of warehouse accommodation in south Leeds, the estate provides an ideal opportunity for occupiers looking for up to 10,000 sq ft of modern competitively priced accommodation.”
Gidon Amar of Gent Visick added: “We have built up excellent momentum through the recent lettings which is making Parkside an exciting business environment for SME’s, regional and national companies looking for representation in the Leeds area.”
