hlw Keeble Hawson lawyer joins care home Board of Trustees

hlw Keeble Hawson partner, Michele Todd has been invited to join the Board of Trustees at Taptonholme Residential Care Home in Sheffield.

A registered charity which is totally self-funded, the home at Broomhill caters for residents aged over 65 including those with dementia.

A partner in hlw Keeble Hawson’s Private Client Department, Michele has been on the Board of Weston Park Hospital’s Cancer Charity since 2010. She said: “Taptonholme’s ethos is to encourage its residents to live as independent a life as possible and I’m looking forward to adding value to the Board at a strategic level.”

Taptonholme’s Chairman of Trustees, Martin Cowell commented: “Michele’s significant legal knowledge and experience will benefit us enormously. Her appointment also increases the female representation on the Board, which is something we have been keen to address.”
