Manchester-based marketing automation business CANDDi sees revenue grow 85%
Manchester-based website visitor tracking company CANDDi has reported strong growth after expanding its customer base to over 300 users.
Its revenue has grown by 85% since October 2014 and the customer base expansion represents a year on year increase of 81%.
Now in its fifth year, CANDDi’s success in the marketing automation field further establishes the company as a rival to major service suppliers such as Hubspot and Pardot.
CEO and CANDDi co-founder Tim Langley said: “It has been a great year for us.
“We are seeing our initial investment in the CANDDi platform starting to generate returns.
“We are a credible and affordable option for businesses looking to identify who is landing on their website and improve engagement with their customers and prospects to increase sales revenues.
“The growth in our customer base has been driven by a number of factors: referral by existing customers has started a snowball effect; we have changed our marketing strategy to be more value driven and offer useful insight and we have invested in our sales function.
“We continue to invest in developing our platform and we expect further growth this financial year.
“The shift to digital in terms of e-commerce, advertising and marketing communications means that businesses need to be able to understand exactly how their online investments are delivering value and have the tools available to deliver a return.
“CANDDi enables them to achieve this.”
