Multi-million pound Durham spa seeks to recruit 70 new staff ahead of summer launch
A multi-million pound spa, part of a massive development at Ramside Hall Hotel near Durham, will be opening its doors in July and has now embarked on a major recruitment campaign, looking to hire more than 70 new staff.
Jobs available include fitness coaches and personal trainers, spa butlers, chefs and restaurant workers and spa reception and reservations staff.
When complete, The Spa at Ramside will include a full size 25m swimming pool, largehydrotherapy pool, six thermal experience rooms including a glass sided amphitheatre sauna, fully equipped life fitness gym and two exercise studios.
It will also offer a weekly programme of over 40 varied classes including aerial yoga along with its own Spa Herb Garden complete with terrace and Vitality pool.
The development includes 14 treatment rooms, a light relaxation room complete with a balcony infinity pool, a beauty snug including nail studio, a dark relax room with soundwave therapy and sleep pods and a mud Rasul chamber which can be enjoyed by groups of up to four people.

Ramside partnered with spa brand Espa in December last year.
