Sheffield-based Commercial Property Partners set to open Midlands office

Sheffield’s Commercial Property Partners (CPP), an award-winning property consultancy, is set to expand into the midlands with the opening of a new office in Nottingham.

The new office will be headed by former Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) director, Sean Bremner, who is joining CPP as a Partner.

Based in Nottingham city centre, CPP’s new office will be focused on agency and investment together with property and asset management, dealing in the industrial and office sectors.

CPP was recently named the Industrial Agency Team of the Year at this year’s Yorkshire Property Industry Awards and has been shortlisted for further awards later in 2015.

Toby Vernon, a partner and co-founder of Sheffield-based CPP, said: “This is a very significant move for us and is a natural extension for our business. Increasing our geographical coverage into the Midlands enables us to provide a more complete service to our clients who have property interests in the wider region.

Roger Haworth, partner and co-founder, added: “Sean is a very well-known and a highly-respected commercial agent with 16 years’ experience covering the Midlands market and we are delighted someone of his calibre has decided to join the CPP team. Collectively, CPP can now offer comprehensive advice across the Yorkshire and Midlands regions.”

Commenting on his new role, Sean Bremner said: “Joining CPP as a partner in the Midlands to open and front a new office is a fantastic opportunity for me. I share the same vision and qualities as the CPP team and am extremely impressed by the success they have enjoyed so far. I am delighted to be part of their ongoing success.

“There is a gap in the Midlands market for an independent, bespoke property consultancy which has extensive and expert knowledge of the region and we believe we will fill it. Our independence will enable us to work swiftly and effectively for our clients.”
