ifour design agency wins national creativity award
A Kent design agency has scooped a national award for creativity and innovation.
Based in Tunbridge Wells, ifour were the only South East based agency to be nominated for the Creativity/Innovation category and to win at the Recommended Agency Register (RAR) Awards, held at London’s Marriott Grosvenor Square.
Now in its sixth year, the RAR Awards are based on agency performance as voted by clients, using agency data and client commentary collected by RAR on an ongoing basis.
ifour beat nine other category finalists to win the award for ‘Creativity/Innovation, Under 40 Staff’, and over 250 agencies that had entered the Under 40 category nationally.
Graeme Hall, Creative Director and founder of ifour, said: “As a creative, I was extremely honoured to win this particular category – it really does mean the world to me. We have a superb team but also clients who listen and take our advice, enabling us to produce consistently high quality work, whether it’s branding, web or print.”
ifour, which is based in the Pantiles and was established in 2007, was also a finalist in categories for Client Service, Effectiveness and Print Production, putting it in the top 10 out of the 400 agencies that entered the awards nationally.
Graeme, who has worked for brands such as Porsche, Ferrari and Ernst & Young, established the agency with the aim of making great design accessible to everyone. Customer satisfaction levels currently stand at 95 per cent.
He commented: “It’s particularly special to win a RAR award as it demonstrates the highest levels of client satisfaction, as well as outstanding results. The team sometimes describe me as ‘the Gordon Ramsay of design’, not because I swear, but because I am rather picky and nothing leaves the studio without my sign off.”
