Auction Provider Develops Virtual Auction

Horizon is a hybrid auction service that offers online flexibility with the excitement of a traditional auction. It allows a real auctioneer to conduct a live auction online with telephone and online bids running simultaneously. The auctioneer conducts the auction as if in a room at a traditional auction but, in reality, can be anywhere as iam-sold utilise green screen technology, in their newly built studio which means that each auction can be specifically branded to an area or specific agent.

The technology has been developed in-house which has allowed the company to design and build the system very much from a customer’s point of view, while, at the same time, giving the partner estate agents the functionality they require.

The fact that the auction is live also helps to increase the interest and sales conversions.”
