North West law firm SAS Daniels reports turnover of almost £8m

North West law firm, SAS Daniels LLP, has billed over £7.9m in the financial year ending April 2015, showing a 12% increase over the previous financial year.

The results confirm SAS Daniels’ continued organic growth strategy that focuses on building leading practice groups out of the firm’s four offices in Stockport, Macclesfield, Chester and Congleton.

The firm has been growing rapidly every year with turnover increasing by almost 60% in the past four years and is forecasting a further 10% increase in the current financial year.

The year-on-year figures show 40% growth for the corporate team, 20% growth for the commercial real estate team, a 14% increase in billings for the employment team, in addition to strong performances from its private client teams.

SAS Daniel’s corporate team has been working at capacity throughout the year and has completed 40 deals during that period; the firm’s employment team continues to build service offerings for the small business and education sectors and has overcome the national decline in tribunal activity.

The continued upturn in the property sector and increased funding by institutional lenders supported the strong growth for SAS Daniels’ commercial and residential real estate teams, with income growing by 25%.
