Car Loan 4U opens central Manchester office creating 50 jobs

Car finance company, Car Loan 4U has opened an office in a Grade A refurbished office space in the heart of Manchester.

The new base will allow Car Loan 4U to create another 50 jobs in 2015.

Car Loan 4U has moved into the fourth floor of the Acresfield building in St Anns Square, with plans to expand further within the building in the coming months.

The move has come as a direct result of its 100% year-on-year growth and its new office is in addition to its 12,000+ sq ft at Winterton House on Lyme Green Business Park in Macclesfield, where the firm already employs over 250 people.

CEO at Car Loan 4U, James Wilkinson, said: “We’re very excited about moving into Acresfield.

“The facilities in the building are excellent and for us to grown in-line with our ambitions, we need a first class working environment that, alongside a great benefits package, will enable us to continue building a world class team here at Car Loan 4U.

“Marketing, Tech and Product teams will be moving to Manchester and along with the fit-out in Acresfield we are also planning to overhaul our existing facilities in Macclesfield and grow our Sales and Operations teams by 25% this year.”

OBI Property represented Car Loan 4U on acquiring the new lease and was appointed to design and project manage the new fit out.
