BSIF Recognises Talent Management Within The Safety Industry

Miller McKenzie has teamed up with the BSIF to celebrate talent within the Safety Industry.

The BSIF ‘Talent Matters’ Award will recognise companies who best demonstrates how Talent Matters in their workplace. This innovative award will use feedback from employers and employees to discover the BSIF’s most people-oriented company.

Employees will be invited to share their views and experience through a custom-built, anonymous survey.

Companies will also have the opportunity to demonstrate why they should be awarded the trophy – with examples of their outstanding training programmes, reward schemes or star employees. The prestigious title will be awarded to three companies in the categories of small, medium and large businesses.

Mark Stutely (Director of Miller McKenzie) said: “This is a fantastic opportunity for the Safety Industry to celebrate talent within the industry and take stock of how the industry is engaging its most prized asset: its people. We are delighted to work with the BSIF to promote this award and look forward to crowning the winners”.

Every company who takes part will receive a detailed (yet anonymous) breakdown of their results and some really useful insights into their own company and the Safety Industry as a whole.

The BSIF and Miller McKenzie are hoping that the award will start a discussion within the Safety Industry, promoting the idea of growth through effective talent management.

The award is exclusively open to BSIF member companies and will be presented at the BSIF Networking Day and Award Ceremony on October 1st 2015.
