BAM Construction to deliver £73m design and build on Manchester’s No.1 Spinningfields
BAM Construction has been appointed to design and build the £73m No.1 Spinningfields development by Allied London.
The 97-week build programme will start in June, creating a 260,000 sq ft office building which will also have a roof-top restaurant and garden terrace once finished.
Construction director, BAM Construction, Tony Grindrod, said to the Construction Enquirer: “No.1 Spinningfields is a great project for BAM in Manchester’s premier business district.
“This high profile building follows our other prominent Manchester projects like the Co-Operative Group HQ at 1 Angel Square, Manchester City’s Football Academy and the National Graphene Institute.
“We will bring to it the same first rate skills, attitude and expertise.”
