Altrincham-based commercial vehicle company Cartwright Rentals reports strong results
Privately owned, family run Cartwright Rentals has reported another record year for 2014 with growth of 5% across its rental products.
Profits are up 10% to £5m and revenues are reported as £100m.
The Altrincham company is a commercial vehicle bodybuilder and trailer manufacturer and has seen its fleet grow by about 5% with utilisation at an all time high of 95%.
The company had a management restructurelast year, and the workforce has since grown to 700 with plans to add a further 50 apprentices to its teams.
Paul Burn, rental sales director at Cartwright Rentals said: “We are able to provide a wide choice of rental product and we are also fortunate to be in the unique position as part of a one stop solution under the Cartwright brand offer of ‘Manufacturing and more’, with a diverse choice of business options from new build and rental, to finance and fleet services.”
