~~ Property development company, William Developments, has announced the sale of its We Tower development in the centre of Manchester, just off Oxford Road. The £12m project, targeted at the investment market, has been sold to a Far Eastern investor. Build on the development, which will see the refurbishment of an old office block with the creation of 114 apartments, started last month and the project will be build complete in April 2016. Speaking about the sale of We Tower, operations director Julian Roper said, “The sale of this property highlights the current popularity of Manchester as a property investment hub. The city is currently thriving and is seen as a safe haven for investment. “This trend is set to continue, especially since the new Conservative Government is committed to establish the Northern Powerhouse.” William Developments specialises in the creation of new build homes and innovatively refurbished properties in prime locations across the UK.
