CBRE’s Leeds office announces ten senior promotions due to record financial year
After a record financial year with a 19% rise in turnover, the Leeds office of CBRE has announced the promotion of ten senior staff members.
CBRE’s Leeds Managing Director Richard Sunderland, who has been spearheading the commercial real estate services and investment firm throughout this successful year, has been awarded the position of Executive Director, the most senior management level in CBRE.
Furthermore, the office’s Valuation team saw significant movement, has Michael Porter has been promoted to Senior Director and Mike Jones to Director.
In Asset Services, Adam Baxter has been promoted to Senior Director, Juliet Petty to Director and Fazilia Loonat to Associate Director.
Moreover, Chris Ward in Landlord and Tenant is now Associate Director and Jacques Esterhuizen and Jonathan Gobie are Senior Surveyors in Industrial Agency and Building Consultancy respectively. Additionally, James Fox has been promoted to Director of Retail.
As well as completing a record year for profit and turnover, the Leeds team has successfully implemented more efficient working practices and fully committed to a paperless working environment. The firm’s new working practices have been instrumental in the retention of industry-leading staff and CBRE’s commitment to its staff has been demonstrated in this host of senior promotions.
