Kempton Carr Croft wins five year Spelthorne District Council contract
Kempton Carr Croft has been appointed by Spelthorne District Council to undertake an asset valuation exercise for its property portfolio over a period of five years.
The Maidenhead-based chartered surveyors was awarded the valuation contract, which covers nearly 700 local authority owned sites, following a competitive tender process.
Malcolm Kempton, director at Kempton Carr Croft commented: “We’re very pleased to be working with Spelthorne District Council to undertake the valuation of its property portfolio. With 12 RICS registered valuers in our multi-disciplined team, valuation is one of the firm’s core service offerings and winning contracts of this nature against much larger firms is a testament to the hard work and skill set of the whole team.”
Kempton Carr Croft has a number of public sector clients including The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead, Surrey County Council, South Bucks District Council, Bracknell Forest Council, Runnymede District Council, Woking Borough Council, Spelthorne Borough Council and Wokingham Borough Council.
