Auction Provider Hits the £Half Billion Milestone

Auction provider iam-sold have reached a significant milestone in their remarkable history – hitting the £500,000,000 capital value generated through their auctions.

This event highlights that auction is a very real option for people selling their property, and it also demonstrates its value for their estate agents who have received in excess of £15,000,000 in fees in the last 5 years from iam-sold.

In the 5 years since iam-sold launched they have sold over 5800 properties and this number continues to grow exponentially. With new auctions being launched and expansion into new areas progressing well, the opportunity for estate agents, investors, and people selling their property has never been better. We are also targeting significant growth in the south of the UK later this year.”

There is a confidence in the ability of the company and partner agents to suggest that the £1 billion milestone will be achieved considerably faster than the first £half billion.
