Graphic Publications Deploys ForceManager

ForceManager, the specialist in mobile sales management software, has announced a deployment of its mobile CRM solution with Graphic Publications, a publishing, marketing and advertising agency based in Ohio, USA.

The deployment of ForceManager will provide Graphic Publications with enhanced insight into its sales activity and centralised management of the sales process, making it easier for the company to track success and meet its growth targets. The software will be used by its field sales force and customer service representatives to manage its entire sales and client relationship management cycle.

ForceManager works on both iPhone and Android devices and is being used by all sales staff at the company. The application enables automated logging of sales activity, while also giving sales representatives greater resources to help them increase sales and nurture relationships with clients, such as the facility to view marketing plans and presentations via mobile devices.

“Before deploying ForceManager we were using spreadsheets and had no way of tracking field sales activity. ForceManager recently released an updated version of its mobile application for Android Lollipop 5.0, incorporating a new notification system, a new-look dashboard, enhanced geo-location functionality and faster data processing speeds. ForceManager was recognised as one of the most exciting start-ups in Europe in the recent Red Herring Europe awards and was also named B2B Technology Company of the Year at the South Summit festival.
