Fleetwood’s Xenxa wins funding from Lancashire County Council

Fleetwood-based Xenca has won funding and support from Lancashire County Council’s finance scheme, Rosebud Micro.

The company manufacturers eco-friendly beauty products and supplements, and the funding from Rosebud Micro will be used for product development and marketing costs.

It is also hoped that new jobs can be created thanks to the funding.

County Councilor Niki Penney, chair of LCDL said to the Blackpool Gazette: “The team at Xenca are looking to grow their company and we’re pleased that Rosebud has been able to help and support these plans.

“Xenca’s health and nutrition products are also manufactured locally under licence, so this will provide further economic benefits to the town.

“We’re looking for ambitious growing businesses, which are based in Lancashire or relocating here.

“Rosebud Micro could be the answer to unlocking new funding.”
