Grafton Supply Chain Solutions wins Housing Award

Grafton Supply Chain Solutions (GSCS) has been crowned Supplier of the Year at the Housing Excellence Awards 2015.

GSCS brings together the Grafton Merchanting GB operations within the UK to offer social housing customers a bespoke service. It took first prize for demonstrating high levels of performance, particularly in supporting organisations to achieve the much desired ‘first time fix’.

The judges commended GSCS for creating a one-stop-shop that addresses cost, quality and environmental issues as well as for supporting organisations to deliver value.

The Housing Excellence Awards are in their 12th consecutive year. They highlight and reward those who are leading the way in the social housing sector. GSCS received its award in front of hundreds of the industry’s leading decision makers at Emirates Old Trafford in Manchester.

This is the second award that GSCS has won this year. In February it won Most Innovative Supplier at the Housing Innovation Awards for its collaboration with Derby Homes.
