North West restaurant chain Bouzouki By Night secures £350k RBS funding

The Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) has provided £350k to North West restaurant chain, Bouzouki By Night, to refinance their total banking facilities and take on their day to day banking.

Restaurant owner and chef, Panos Louroutziatis, set up Bouzouki By Night in 1987 on Princess Street in central Manchester with business partner, Photis Nasaris.

The restaurant has since expanded into Sale and Horwich and they employ 30 members of staff across the chain and boast an annual turnover of £700k.

Co-owner of Bouzouki By Night, Panos Louroutziatis, said: “We have a proven track record of year on year growth and required a trusted relationship with our bank to help us achieve further success.

“Since RBS has come on board they have shown an enormous understanding of the competitive industry we operate in and supported our day to day banking requirements which has given us the capacity to concentrate on running our three restaurants.”
