99 new homes for Lyde Green
99 new homes for Lyde Green get the go ahead A leading housebuilder has received planning permission to start work on the next phase of housing at Lyde Green.
The Ridge is a brand new phase of 99 beautifully-designed properties being built by Persimmon Homes Severn Valley in Emersons Green. When launched, the development will comprise a range of two, three and four-bedroom homes – perfect for first-time buyers, growing families and those looking to down size.
“Demand for homes at Lyde Green has been high since the day we launched. This is down to the combination of its location, the wide variety of properties available and incentives such as the Government-backed Help to Buy scheme,” said Nicola Reed, sales and marketing director for Persimmon Homes Severn Valley.
“The landscape of Emersons Green is changing dramatically as we bring much-needed homes and employment opportunities to the area,” continued Nicola. “Lyde Green has a lovely village feel and from the very start we felt it would be something special. It is of no surprise that these homes are selling quickly and we expect the same level of demand at The Ridge. We would therefore urge anyone looking to live here to hurry or they may be disappointed.”
Lyde Green is a brand new community designed with contemporary living in mind located just north of Bristol and 15 miles from Bath. Surrounded by rolling Gloucestershire countryside, the new village will feature two schools, local shops, leisure and sport facilities and accessible transport links. There will also be leafy parkland and fully equipped recreation areas as well as playing fields and miles of cycle and footpaths, making Lyde Green a great place to live.
