Tees Valley Business Summit set to return for its fourth year
The Tees Valley Business Summit, a networking and B2B opportunity trade event, is set to return for its fourth year to the benefit of North East SMEs.
Taking place in the Olympia Building at Teesside University in Middlesbrough on Wednesday July 8, the event has proved its worth for local companies by helping them secure thousands of pounds worth of business.
One former exhibitor, Andrea Clarke, outlined the benefits of attending last year.
Andrea from Enterprise Made Simple, which has offices in Middlesbrough, Redcar and Stockton, said contacts made at the 2014 Summit generated thousands of pounds worth of business.
Alongside a fully booked business exhibition, delegates will have the opportunity to attend a number of keynote presentations and take part in a programme of workshops covering themes such as supply chain opportunities, existing funding streams and supporting your workforce.
Andrea, who is a director of the firm which specialises in business development training for small and medium-sized enterprises in the North East, said: “It was a particularly good trade show.
“There was an excellent mix of other exhibitors and good footfall throughout the whole of the day, which does not always happen at such events where visitors can tail off in the afternoon.”
Andrea, whose company employs 13 people, added: “The 2014 Tees Valley Business Summit generated thousands of pounds worth of business for us.”
The Summit is free to attend but delegates must register to secure their place.
