Liverpool-based developer Prospect GB secures letting at Meridian Business Village

Liverpool-based developer, Prospect GB, has completed a lettings deal at Meridian Business Village in Hunts Cross with the arrival of E3 Cube Ltd.

Formed in 2013 and previously based in Garston, the building surveying and property consultancy has signed a six-year lease on a ground-floor suite comprising 1,313 square feet.

E3 Cube provides strategic advice to the education sector, securing much needed government funding for capital improvements.

Moving to the popular business park off Woodend Avenue marks another milestone in the company’s growth plans.

E3 Cube director, John Fay, said: “We offer Academy schools an excellent opportunity to secure substantial investment with zero risk.

“In the last round of funding applications to the government’s Condition Improvement Fund, awarded in March 2015, a staggering 94% of E3 Cube’s bids were successful, securing £8m of much needed funding for our clients.

“Our success rate is some 40% higher than our competitors, demonstrating that our business plan, based on the recruitment of a team of professionals with specialist knowledge of educational funding procurement, is delivering outstanding results for our clients.”

Head of Prospect GB’s commercial division, Chris Walker, said: “Lettings activity has been busy in recent months and we are currently finalising two other deals in addition to E3 Cube’s.

“With its modern mixed-use surroundings, flexible office space and excellent transport links, Meridian Business Village is ideal for professional services and consultancies like E3 Cube and a high percentage of our tenants operate this type of business.”
