Three new warehouses to be built in Warrington’s Birchwood Park
Warrington business destination, Birchwood Park, will speculatively build three new warehouse developments at 711- 713 Cavendish Avenue.
The new units will provide a total of 53,018 sq. ft. industrial space for occupiers and are due to complete in December 2015.
The high quality warehouses will have up to 15% office content; designed to support companies that need large industrial units to accommodate a range of uses, from labs to production space.
The units also provide occupiers with the flexibility to increase office space as required.
Managing director at Birchwood Park, Jonathan Walsh, said: “We are thrilled to announce the development of three new industrial units at Birchwood Park.
“This is the first SME development in Warrington since the recession and we are excited to be leading the way as we meet the needs of our occupiers.
“We are seeing a rise in demand from companies who need an industrial space that creates the right impression for their clients and has the best environment to attract and retain the best possible staff.
“This new development brings together flexible use, high quality infrastructure and secure facilities, maximising the usability for a range of businesses.
“After the successes recorded at Cavendish Place we’re looking forward to delivering the same impeccable standard that Birchwood Park is renowned for to 711 -713 Cavendish Avenue.”
