Aldi to create 150 jobs with new Liverpool store
Aldi will create 150 jobs in a new Liverpool store and training centre and 100 apprenticeships.
The new food store will create 50 jobs directly with the other jobs created by the additional 4 retail units in the development.
Aldi property director George Brown said to Food Manufacture: “We are delighted to be nearing completion of our Aldi academy and new food store for Lorenzo Drive, both of which have been a long time coming.
“Aldi is proud of its recruitment and training programme, which recognises talent and commitment, providing on average higher wages than those across the industry.
“Our academy and new store will create around 150 local jobs combined, with additional roles created by the new retail units.”
