£60k investment sees North East lettings company launch new flagship Hartlepool base
North East sales and lettings company The Castledene Group has launched a new flagship base in the centre of Hartlepool, expanding its service reach.
The company has invested £60k in a new branch at the junction of York Road and Victoria Road in Hartlepool, creating four new jobs.
The new team in Hartlepool will offer commercial and residential lettings and sales, and will focus on long-term, ongoing support for landlords – from sourcing local properties and tenants, right through to continual property management and maintenance.
John Paul, managing director of The Castledene Group, said: “Many of the landlords we work with own properties in Hartlepool, so we could see that it was becoming increasingly important for us to establish a strong presence in the town.
“We are always on the lookout for prominent high street locations, so when the opportunity arose to purchase this unit in such a central, easily accessible spot, we knew that it would be the ideal base for our first dedicated Hartlepool branch.
“In fact, we have been overwhelmed by enquiries from people wanting to rent and sell properties through the new office before the doors had even opened, so we knew we had made the right decision to come here.
“We’ve worked hard to fully renovate the building and we now have a bright, modern office equipped with the latest technology, and we’ve recruited an experienced team with in-depth local knowledge.
“We’re well known for our high standards of personal customer service, so we’re looking forward to establishing ourselves in Hartlepool and building our reputation in the community.”
The Easington-based company, which employs 40 people, was founded in 2008 and has a network of six branches across the North East, managing more than 2,000 properties and also plans to purchase an estate agency next month.
