Wolf Group appoint CTO to senior leadership team

Barry Davison has been appointed CTO at Wolf Group, bringing a unique multi-disciplinary, technical perspective to the senior leadership team.

As a highly skilled technologist, Barry brings with him over 15 years IT experience at UK utilities group RWE in roles including analyst, architect and consultant.

Davison said: “Wolf Group is at a crucial stage of its development. The company is making fundamental changes to its product and service offer to ensure that it continues to be a major player in the bespoke software development market, keeping it at the cutting edge of technology and one step ahead of its competitors.”

Wolf Group, who’s client base include multi-nationals G4S and TRW, plan to continue the current strategy for growth into the second quarter of 2015, with further recruitment of developers ongoing.

Davison added: “I look forward both to getting my hands dirty at the development stages of upcoming projects and ensuring that the team at Wolf Group continue to meet the cutting edge, technical challenges in our market.”

The addition of a CTO to the North Shields based firm further supports their current growth strategy by further solidifying the senior leadership team which has also seen the addition of a CEO this year.
