New Liverpool Christmas fair is set to boost North West economy by £3m
A new Christmas fair is set to boost the North West’s economy by up to £3m as it makes its debut in the region this November.
The Ultimate Christmas Fair, which takes place at the brand new Exhibition Centre Liverpool, is expected to attract around 25,000 visitors from across the North West over the four days.
With each visitor expected to spend an average of £150, it’s hoped that the event will also lead to a spike in trade for neighbouring bars, restaurants and hotels.
Event director at family-run LXFX Creative Productions, which is managing The Ultimate Christmas Fair, Sharon Burrell, said: “We’re very excited to be bringing top-class retailers to a city that embraces new events and experiences, and most importantly, loves to shop.
“Our exhibitors include established names in fashion, food, luxury goods and fine art, as well as smaller, more niche brands with one-off gift ideas.
“The event will give shoppers the chance to peruse the crème de la crème of the festive market, offering them unusual and original gift ideas for the whole family and they can get it all in one place.”
