Property Lawyer Scoops National Award
HARRIET THORNTON from LCF Law in Bradford has been named ‘Young Professional of the Year’ at the property law sectors prestigious annual Enfranchisement and Right to Manage Awards (ERMAs).
Harriet, who is an Associate Solicitor specialising in leasehold property, was the only representative from the North of England to make the category’s shortlist, which had been narrowed down to just six of the industry’s most promising young legal experts.
The awards recognise professional excellence in legal expertise in relation to leasehold properties. The ceremony was held on London’s South Bank at the Globe Theatre and was attended by more than 500 property professionals from across the UK.
