Luxury homes prove popular in Pocklington
Having launched its Pavilion Square development in Pocklington last month, local housebuilder David Wilson Homes opened the doors to its new showhomes this weekend, following a surge of interest in the new five star development.
Situated on Burnby Lane in Pocklington, Pavilion Square has proved popular since its launch, with one house already sold this weekend. The housing development boasts two, three, four and five bedroom family homes, with a range of luxury and unique house types on offer – including the stunning five-bed Maddoc property and four-bed Chelworth property.
Barratt has also contributed more than £18,000 to the local community as part of the launch, with funding set aside to improve outdoor playing space and year’s worth of maintenance in the local area.
Clare Reaney, Sales Manager at David Wilson Homes Yorkshire East, commented: “The Pavilion Square development has a range of high quality homes on offer and has already been hugely popular with buyers in the area, with many homes selling out. We have a variety of stunning houses left, but with a gorgeous countryside location and fantastic local amenities we expect these to sell soon, so are urging interested parties to come and have a look round as soon as possible.”
Situated at the foot of the Yorkshire Wolds, the new development benefits from fantastic local amenities and commuter links to York, Hull and Leeds, with prices starting from £337,995.
