Great Annual Savings invest in staff with Newcastle HarperCo appointment
Great Annual Savings Group has appointed Newcastle-based HarperCo to undertake the delivery of company-wide training programmes, at all levels, to nationally accredited standards.
The bespoke programmes will include a variety of workshops to enhance people’s skills and knowledge around effectiveness, customer and compliance modules which focus on maximising efficiencies.
Great Annual Savings, established in 2012 works with businesses of all sizes to reduce their variable costs including energy, telecommunications, water, fire protection and insurance.
The company has recently achieved the Investors in People (IIP) Standard, the UK’s leading accreditation that uses well established practices as a clear compass for high performance businesses, continual improvement through putting people first and realising the potential of its people is at the core of the IIP assessment.
