David Wilson Homes makes key appointment

David Wilson Homes is set for expansion in the south west with the appointment of Carl Haley as managing director to head up the regional operation of the five star housebuilder.

Carl has worked in the housebuilding industry for more than 18 years having qualified as a surveyor. He has previously worked for a number of large housebuilders in the south west.

He moves to his new role as David Wilson Homes gears up for the opening of new developments throughout the south west to fulfil its expansion plans.

Carl said he was delighted to be joining this successful housebuilder at such an exciting time in the property industry.

“There is increasing demand for new homes and I’m looking forward to leading the team in delivering excellent products in some of the most sought-after locations in the region,’’ he said.

“We have a great reputation for high quality, spacious homes and I’m looking forward to working across the south west and delivering homes for first time buyers, families and the increasing number of downsizers we are now seeing.’’

Regional managing director Chris Burton said he was delighted to welcome Carl to the business.

“His experience and vision will enable David Wilson Homes as we look to build on the firm foundations we have in the region,’’ said Chris. “This region has been a successful area for David Wilson Homes with buyers looking for premium, spacious homes, a high specification and our classic designs.’’

Carl is based at the company’s Bristol office and covers an area from Gloucester to Swindon and south to Exeter.
