Horbury business park for start-ups expands office suites
After a lengthy period of high demand at its Benton Office Park in Horbury, where 24 of the 25 existing suites are now let, Orion Office Express will now create and release further office space.
The development, located off Bennett Avenue, was designed to facilitate start-up companies with competitive rates and a zero-cost set-up package which aims to provide fully operational business space within 24 hours if needed.
Proving to be popular among both start-up and established businesses, many of the business park’s occupiers outgrew their original space but continued their tenancy with a move to a larger suite.
Additional office space is currently being refurbished to provide a range of configurations in sizes from 136 sq ft to 457 sq ft.
