HB Projects Ltd expands presence in Bradford’s Euroway Office Park
HB Projects Ltd, has expanded its office space in the Euroway Office Park in Bradford.
The building contractor, who currently occupies one unit on Roydsdale Way extending to around 5,000 sq.ft., has agreed to increase its presence a further 1,900 sq. ft. off an asking rent of £11.00 per sq. ft.
The Bradford office of chartered surveyors Eddisons completed the deal on behalf of the landlord, Overland Developments.
In addition, Eddisons is also marketing 2,550 sq ft at Beech House within the Woodland Park development at Chain Bar, located near junction 26 of the M62. The asking rent is £13.50 per sq. ft. and the joint agent is Carter Towler.
Thomas Cook currently occupies the first floor of the adjoining unit, Maple House, which also extends to over 2,500 sq. ft.
Shazad Mahmood, associate director at Eddisons, said: “This is a high quality development in a strategic location within the M62 motorway corridor and benefits from excellent parking facilities. It should appeal to a range of potential tenants.”
