At the ‘Hart’ of Persimmon’s success

A sales advisor from Glasgow has received hearty praise from customers for helping them to make what is often the biggest decision of their lives.

Ruth Hart, sales advisor at regional builder Persimmon Homes West Scotland, has successfully sold more than 1,000 homes on various sites across the region with 60% of the homes on her latest development selling in the first few months of the site opening.

With 13 years’ experience in the industry, Ruth commented: “I find helping people through what can be a life-changing event when buying a beautiful new home is very satisfying, and to hear such kind words from my customers makes me very proud.”

“It is extremely important to me that I offer the kind of service that I would like to receive myself. Constant communication, support, patience, advice and sometimes just a smile helps to make the house buying journey a smooth one.

“My current site, Glenmill, off Waukglen Road, sells itself really, the beautiful location and range of house designs seem to appeal to the local market and I take pride in showing customers around our showhome.

“We have a great team working here at Glenmill and I can honestly say that the overall build and finish produced by our site manager Gordon Reid is excellent – the customers often comment that he runs a tight ship and provides an outstanding service both during and after they have moved into their new home.”

Comments, feedback forms and letters from customers continue to flood into the Persimmon West Scotland office telling them how impressed they have been with the service they have received from Ruth. One message included a special note from customers, Steven and Cheryl and their two children Katie, 11 and son Rhys age 7, who simply said ‘you’re the best!’ thanking Ruth for making their dream home possible.
