Warrington-based MDS forges partnership with Indian company
Warrington-based technology firm MDS has announced that it has formed a partnership with Indian company Tech Mahindra.
The strategic partnership will combine the strengths from both organisations and join MDS, a provider of managed revenue and customer management solution for telecoms and IT service providers, with Mumbai based Tech Mahindra, a digital transformation, consulting and business re-engineering solutions company to provide a 360 degree solution for its clients.
MDS employ 180 staff at their HQ at The Point, Birchwood Boulevard, Warrington with a further 40 staff based out of their Limerick site.
The MDS/Tech Mahindra partnership has also recently secured its first joint client win at Dixons Carphone, which was announced this week following the partnership.
CEO of MDS, Mark Edwards,said, “Our partnership with Tech Mahindra will not only enable MDS to forge our way into the international markets, but by teaming up with such a market leader allows us to be able to provide current and future telecom clients with a complete billing and customer management solution.”
