Chorley training firm eyes growth plans
A Chorley-based management training provider has set its sights firmly on growth after securing a string of new national clients and widening its offering.
Run by husband and wife team, Mike and Sarah Ode, Potential Unearthed designs and delivers tailored management and personal development training programmes for clients such as Stephensons Solicitors, Crown Paints and acdc Lighting.
Having recently won contracts to deliver customer services training for Carillion Amey and Kelda Water Services, the company is now branching out into non-traditional service industries such as construction and manufacturing.
The company has come a long way since it was set up five years ago in the couple’s family home in Chorley.
Mike commented: “Back then we didn’t have a single client on board, which was daunting but also exciting at the same time.
“Obviously both Sarah and I have plenty of experience but launching our own business was completely new territory and we had to find our own way of doing things.”
The new contracts and additional offering of courses means that Potential Unearthed is ready for further growth.
