Drawing competition winner presented with brand new bike
To support National Bike Week 2015 (15th – 21st June), local housebuilder Barratt Homes asked school children from West Moor Primary School to draw their perfect bike. After a flurry of entries and a rigorous selection process, Travis Foalle, aged five, has been selected as the winner and received a brand new bike.
Pupils from the primary school in Killingworth were invited to enter the competition run by the local housebuilder, with Travis’ design chosen for his creativity and imagination. In recognition of the design, he has been presented with a brand new bike during an assembly by Claire Clifford, the Sales Adviser from Barratt Homes’ nearby Lakeside View development.
Paul Race, Sales Manager for Barratt Homes North East, commented: “We had a fantastic response to our drawing competition with lots of great ideas, which made choosing a winner very difficult. Travis showed great creativity and a real love for cycling and we hope that he enjoys his new bike and continues to enjoy cycling and drawing.”
Lakeside View is situated on Northumbrian Way in Killingworth and offers a selection of stylish two, three and four bedroom houses with prices starting from £174,995. These stunning new build properties are great for families and first time buyers.
