York city centre investment among extensive auction opportunities

The York property, on Blossom Street, features two self-contained ground floor retail units and separate residential accommodation above, producing total annual rental income of approximately £52.8k.
The guide price is £525,000 plus.
Furthermore, another property on Rawson Place in Bradford comprising retail space, office and ancillary accommodation extending to around 4,100 sq. ft. is guided at £120k to £125k.
Also up for auction is a fully let mixed use investment in the Harehills area of Leeds producing annual income of £13.6k has a guide price of £115k plus.
In addition, another property in Harehills, a substantial detached property arranged as three self-contained flats, completed to a high standard and ready to occupy, is guided at £175k plus.
Meanwhile a vacant freehold former community centre in Bramley, near Leeds is also available. Greenhill Centre on Gamble Hill Drive extends to around 2,418 sq. ft. and is being offered on the instructions of Leeds City Council at a guide price of £70k plus.
The Leeds auction takes place at Elland Road stadium.
