Incom and CNS join forces
Award-winning business communication solutions provider Incom Business Systems (Incom) and Complete Network Services (CNS) have joined forces to create a market-leading communications business with an enhanced nationwide presence across the private and public sectors.
Both businesses have experienced dramatic growth in recent years due to their success in attracting numerous high profile customers including Haribo, The Range superstores, StepChange, Bentley Motors, Kellogg’s, BLM and Central Manchester University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. The combined group revenues will exceed £11 million in 2015.
The integrated business has grown its geographical reach, with 5 offices offering extensive nationwide coverage. Employing a team approaching 100, the firm has ambitious plans for growth, due to strong market conditions, excellent current trading and the increasing demand for Unified Communications (UC) and advanced Contact Centre solutions that incorporate multimedia, social media capabilities and workforce optimisation.
The venture sees Incom and CNS lead the way in the delivery of bespoke solutions for ShoreTel and Mitel platforms. Retaining the strength of both brands, the group will continue to invest heavily in the recruitment of high calibre individuals who are passionate about solutions-based communications that drive operational efficiencies and cost savings.

The deal was facilitated by Simon Wallwork, Partner at Manchester law firm Slater Heelis, who provided legal advice to Incom Business Systems, with Jon Davage of Bermans providing legal advice and Chris Evans of Ballard Evans providing financial and tax advice to CNS.
