Pop-up pizzeria Homeslice to expand with third site

Street food pop-up turned permanent pizzeria, Homeslice, is set to expand with a third site on Old Street, Shoreditch

Having spent the past two years building on their street food success at their first permanent site at 13 Neal’s Yard and currently working towards the launch of their second site at 52 Wells Street, Homeslice have today announced the acquisition of their third restaurant site at 374-378 Old Street.

Located beside Shoreditch Town Hall, Homeslice will be taking over the site formerly occupied by the Food Hall.

In April, the pizzeria announced plans to open its second restaurant on Wells Street, Fitzrovia.

The Homeslice team will be bringing their core offering of 20“ pizza available whole and by the slice, locally sourced beer, frizzante prosecco on tap and organic wine by the magnum to Shoreditch later this year.

Co-owners Mark Wogan and Ry Jessup said: “With the opening of our second site at 52 Wells Street imminent, securing our first east London site on Old Street marks the next step in our expansion plans,

“Whilst we are currently focusing on launching our Wells Street site, we look forward to bringing Shoreditch a slice of the Homeslice experience later in 2015.”
